Order can be canceled before it is delivered. Once it is marked for delivery, it cannot be canceled.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the order was not canceled but the customer refuses to accept it for some reasons, in that case the customer should pay the delivery fee.<\/li>\n<li>If the order was delivered in a damaged package and not in an appropriate way customer can reject the order.
